WHERE’S MY CLEARANCE NBI?

It’s almost 2 months and my clearance is still pending. I don’t know what happened to my application. I applied last March 30, 2012 and up to now nothing happened. Whose fault is this? Is the NBI Baguio City or Manila? 

Last Friday, I called NBI Baguio and they said that it’s still pending. They said that there was a problem on the main branch (MANILA). It’s acceptable but in my case? What the heck! It’s almost two months. They (BAGUIO CITY) even told me to call back on Monday. For God sake, I’m wasting too much on this clearance and it merely affects my employment. They don’t even give me a certification that I’ve applied for the clearance just to prove to my employer. Do they think of that? NO!!!

Now, I’m thinking to re-apply but it’s a waste of money on my part thinking it would be processed on time. I badly need it but the agency (NBI) doesn’t do on this. Is there any agency to ask assistance on this?

NBI BAGUIO AND MANILA: are you sleeping? Come on! Wake up! You’re such a waste of time. Do your part people. I don’t act this way if both of you do your part. I paid for 115. I even sometimes question you because some or those persons who were hit after me get their clearance. What’s wrong with my application? Do you really follow up on my application? Give me a break! That’s bias and unprofessional.

I hope this would be the last blog that I’m writing about you guys. I hope next week, I’m holding then my clearance. DO YOUR PART!

Thrilla in NAIA

Last Monday was not a good day to both Ramon Tulfo and Claudine Barreto. But who among them made the initial action. Both parties already told their sides but to whom your sympathy is? Is it for Claudine who were kicked twice or for Ramon Tulfo?

This is my side about the issue. If I were on the shoes of Claudine, of course I will get mad as well. Knowing the fact that the Cebu Pacific management transferred her luggage without prior notice to the owner. Just like what happened, one of their companies is suffering from asthma (the child) and the medicines is on the luggage. My initial reaction will get mad. But what Claudines' didn't thought that time was that she is a celebrity and everything she do has an impact to her being a celebrity.

To the side of Ramon Tulfo, what I can say is that, not all the time you will be excused of such because you're a journalist. There are places that needs privacy. In the first place it's his fault.

It's More Fun in the Philippines

As I browsed YouTube, I saw this video who owns by JPAGSIBAGAN and proved myself about the slogan. 

These video shows that it's really more fun in the Philippines. I'm proud that I belong to this country. There are many places that we, Filipinos, should be proud of. Just like my town Ilocos Norte. It has many tourist spots that even us don't see yet. We have the Bangui Wind Mill which is the first wind mill in Asia. We have also the Burgos Rock Formation and Cape Bojeador.

YES! I made it!

It was a good day yesterday. I never thought I made it because the night before, I couldn't sleep. I slept around 2 in the morning and can't concentrate on my thoughts for the interview.

Before I went to the site, I went first to the church to seek for help and guidance on the interview. And I'm so thankful that He answered my prayer. Too bad to some of my co-acad because they didn't make it. It's a mixed emotion: happy that I passed and sad because 5 of us didn't make it.

"TURN REJECTIONS INTO MOTIVATIONS."

That phrase means a lot to me. At least I proved that I have the qualities and skill to be in that company.

Transgender Female for Ms. Universe?

The management of Ms. Universe has approved that transgender female can join the Ms. Universe pageant. This is a huge issue nowadays. It was also discussed on the BOTTOMLINE by Boy Abunda of ABS-CBN.

Some might agree and some will disagree to the decision of the Ms. Universe management. For me, I completely disagree with that because we all know that Ms. Universe pageant is for born female. Meaning to say, the original gender is female not male. Yes! Transgender female are now considered female. Ms. Universe is for born female.

If transgender female would like to compete worldwide then they should create a pageant for transgendered female.

Just think of the possibilities. 

NBI Baguio City: WAKE UP!

It's already a month since I applied for my NBI clearance but still there's no action on my pending clearance. I've been there for three times and same dialogue that I heard everytime I'm at the office.

March 30, 2012. That was the date when I applied for my clearance. One of the employees told me that my clearance was hit so I have to come back after 15 working days. After 15 working days, I went to the office to claim my clearance. Unfortunately, the employee at the releasing of clearance told me that I have no picture and even finger prints. How come? There was a procedure to follow before they told me to come back after 15 working days. I was shock by that because it was already computerized but still the process is so slow. So I went to the Biometric area to take a picture and my finger prints. The employee at the releasing area told me to come back after 10 days, including Saturday and Sunday), or Friday.

Here comes Friday dated April 27, 2012 but, again, the employee at the releasing told me to come back on Wednesday. It's a waste of time, money and the same time effort on my part.

Here comes Wednesday dated May 2, 2012. I'm so excited because at last I will be receiving my clearance. At the office, they input my OR number and same thing again. I have to come back again?!?!?!? What the heck is that? Are they working on their designed task or not? The employee at the releasing area gave me a number of the NBI and advised me to call them to know whether my clearance is ready or not?! Is it my duty to ask for them? IS IT? What kind of an administration is that? They don't even said SORRY. What the heck is that again? It's a good thing that I'm professional enough to understand their lacking but that is too much!
